Our house Pale Ale. A little nod to the old-school west coast pale ale that got us interested in brewing. Notes of earthy citrus from the hops blended with caramel and nuts from the malt. Brewed with Golden Promise, Pale Crystal, Spelt Malt and Hopshiner. Kettle-hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook. Dry-hopped with Amarillo, Centennial and Chinook.
